Privacy policy
Open with the science, careful with people
NEST4All publishes its formulations, protocols and validation data in full. That openness stops at people. This policy covers the contact details you send us through this site and the data collected from children, adolescent girls and women during on-ground validation.
Site enquiries
The short version
What this site collects
The enquiry form on the funding page collects the name, organisation, email address and message you choose to submit. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, share the technical dossier or evidence pack you asked for, and continue a funding or partnership conversation you started. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for one.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from our last exchange, after which it is deleted unless a live grant, contract or statutory record-keeping duty requires us to keep it longer.
Who can see it
Named NEST4All staff, and the email and form service providers that carry the message. Providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your details for their own purposes. We disclose information to anyone else only when the law requires it.
Validation study data
Beneficiary data is never published in identifiable form
Validation work runs inside existing school meal and Anganwadi-linked programmes with on-ground partners. Data collection follows the consent process agreed with the implementing partner, the institution and, where required, the relevant ethics committee. Participation is voluntary, and a household can withdraw without losing access to the meal.
Records that could identify a person, including names, addresses, phone numbers and school or centre roll numbers, are separated from measurement data at the point of collection and held under access control by the implementing partner. NEST4All works with de-identified data.
Everything we publish under our open-release policy is aggregated or de-identified. Funders receive the same de-identified data as the public. No funder receives beneficiary-level records, and beneficiary data is never used for marketing, employee-benefit or commercial targeting purposes.
Your rights and contact
Ask us and we will act
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to kanth@nest4all.org and we will respond within 30 days. Requests relating to a study participant should come through the implementing partner that holds the consent record, and we will help route them.
